Upcoming charge email


When using deferred charge (deposit or charge later) pre-orders, PreProduct will send an upcoming charge email to advise customers of the upcoming charge.


When you click the charge customers button in the product dashboard, PreProduct will email all customers ahead of their credit card being charged. The default setting is that the email will be sent 24 hours before the charge is triggered.

You can adjust how long PreProduct waits between sending this email and triggering the charge via the setup screen. This email won’t send when the wait time is 0.
