Follow up payment links can be sent to any unpaid pre-orders.

Click the name of the PreProduct listing that you wish to send follow up payment links for. Then click on ‘See all’ in the Customer pre-orders section. Here you can filter and select the customers you would like to send a follow up payment link. Once you customers are selected, you just need to select the Action ‘Retry charges’

Once you click Retry charges, you will then see another pop-up box, here you can select and unselect variants (if applicable) and then you will need to click on ‘Send payment links’.

Please note you can only send follow ups once for each pre-order and to unpaid pre-orders.
