### Integration Features

- Cross-sell pre-orders from product pages with active PreProduct listings
- Upsell products that are on pre-order, including deferred-charge items
- Seamlessly combine pre-order and regular products in your upsell flows

### Requirements

1. Both apps installed on your Shopify store: 
    - Personizely
    - PreProduct
2. PreProduct is running on your product page (either by auto-install or [manual install](https://preproduct.io/docs/installing-the-preproduct-snippet/))
3. Personizely snippet (auto-installs)

### Setup Instructions

##### Create Pre-order Listing

- Start by creating a pre-order listing in PreProduct via the “New listing” menu

Switch to Personizely for the rest of the tutorial.

##### Enable Integration

1. Go to Personizely dashboard
2. Navigate to “Settings” → “Integrations”
3. Find PreProduct and click “Connect”

##### Create Widget

1. From the Personizely main menu, click “Widgets”
2. Select “Cross-sell and upsell” (For more details, check out [Personizely’s video guide](https://help.personizely.net/en/article/creating-a-cross-sell-widget-video-1dbhvwg/))

##### Configure Cross-sell/Upsell

1. Complete the setup wizard: 
    - In step 2, select the products you want to cross-sell/upsell via pre-order
2. On the editor screen: 
    - Click the widget preview’s side
    - Open the left-hand drawer
    - Select “Pre-order” from the “Cart action” dropdown
3. Save and publish: 
    - Click “Save” in the top right
    - Toggle the publish switch

**Note:** The “Pre-order” cart action is only available for products with active PreProduct listings.
